The perfect location for your retreats, seminars, training or conferences. Pacific Region Training Centre offers a unique tranquil setting along the banks of the Vedder River in South Chilliwack. The meeting and conference rooms offer state-of-the-art multimedia presentation equipment and range in size from small 12-seat boardrooms to multi-purpose rooms that will accommodate up to 220 delegates. Our Exhibition Hall can be used for conferences or trade shows of up to 350 people.

Conference Room
The tranquil and serene environment of PRTC is ideally suited for your conference or meeting. Privacy and security are the hallmarks of the 180-acre site, nestled on the banks of the Vedder River.
Theatre Room
Our 70-seat theatre offers the perfect venue for presentations, and our large exhibition hall can be converted into the perfect conference plenary session centre.
Classrooms
We offer several classrooms and meeting rooms that can be configured in various setups from 10 to 500 delegates. State-of-the-art built-in audio-visual equipment is standard in all rooms and includes smart screens and fully integrated automated presenter consoles.
Hotel Services
All our guest rooms are tastefully decorated and functionally equipped. Quality amenities make your stay comfortable and pleasurable. In-room coffee makers add to your comfort and convenience.
Dining
We offer an all-inclusive package encompassing accommodation, breakfast lunch and dinner in our Tivoli Dining Room or on the Courtyard Patio. Coffee and health breaks can be customized, and it will be our pleasure to cater your casual or formal dinners and receptions.
